Breezewood Proving Grounds is seeking investors to help finance improvements, expansions and equipment purchases. We are seeking a total funding amount of $250,000. Although one investor with that much capital would be great, I understand that our average rider has much less to invest in the park.

I've come up with three different Investment Packages for anyone interested in helping to improve their favorite riding spot. These packages have been designed to give the Proving Grounds the financial resources to make necessary improvements while giving investors a solid investment with practical returns on their investment. Investors will be able to take pride in the fact they are helping to build and improve the park.

Investment Package One:
Investment: $5,000 to $9,000 Capital Investment.
Return: 5% return annually on investment over a 10 year term.
No payments for the first 24 months, interest will accrue.
Benefit: Investor will receive a 2 year membership for 2 people.
Additional benefits can be negotiated.

Investment Package Two:
Investment: $10,000 to $19,000 Capital Investiment.
Return: 5% return annually on investment over a 10 year term.
No payments for the first 24 months, interest will accrue.
Benefit: Investor will receive a 2 year family membership for up to 4 people.
Additional benefits can be negotiated.

Investment Package Three:
Investment: $20,000 & up capital or Equipment Investment
Return: 6% return annually on investment over a 10 to 20 year term.
No payments for the first 12 months, interest will accrue.
Benefit: Investor will receive a 3 year family membership for up to 5 people. One seasonal campsite complete with camper parking and full hook ups for 1 year. A one week stay in a cabin of choice for up to 10 people.
