CABINS:

We have 2 cabins along with two small efficiency rooms, all located right at the park.

Large Cabin: minimum rental of 5 persons or $600.00
A 2 storey cabin with 3 separate sleeping areas, 2 full baths, a full kitchen and is heated by kerosene heaters.
There is a living room with plenty of seating and a TV/VCR/DVD player along with a full size pool table.
One bedroom has a queen sized bed along with two single beds, and all other beds are single beds.
All beds have a fitted sheet, so you'll need to bring covers or a sleeping bag.
Bathrooms have toilet paper, so you'll need to bring soap, shampoo, towels etc.
The kitchen has pots, pans and other cooking utensils, so you'll need to bring paper plates, cups, forks etc.
Outside is a grill and fire pit with a great view of the tracks and easy access to the dining hall and volley ball field.

Rustic Cabin: minimum rental of 4 persons or $480.00
A very homely cabin with 3 bedrooms, a full bath and complete kitchen.
It has electric baseboard heat, making it very cozy.
The walls are finished and there is wall to wall carpet in the living room and bedrooms.
There is a TV with DVD player and Satellite TV.
One bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed, while the other two bedrooms have bunk beds.
The rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable.
All beds have a fitted sheet, so you'll need to bring covers or a sleeping bag.
Bathrooms have toilet paper, so you'll need to bring soap, shampoo, towels etc.
The kitchen has pots, pans and other cooking utensils, so you'll need to bring paper plates, cups, forks etc.
Outside is a very nice deck with a picnic table, along with a grill and firepit.

Above Rustic Cabin: minimum rental of 2 persons
We have a separate rental, with it's own entrance, that has one large room with 8 beds, a microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, TV/VCR and a separate bathroom and shower.
This rental can be combined with the lower rental to accommodate up to 14 or 15 people, or rented on its own for as little as two people.

Above Dining Hall: minimum rental of 2 persons
We have another rental above the Dining Hall that has two bedrooms and a full bath.
One bedroom has 2 single beds and the other room has 3 single beds, a couch, TV/VCR along with a microwave refrigerator and coffee pot.

CABIN RENTAL RATES:

The cabin rental is an excellent value, and a great vacation.
Everyone who has rented before raved about how much fun they had!
Week day and full week rentals are also available, along with daily rentals for birthday parties or other occasions.

Deposits: not refundable for any reason
We will require a deposit to hold the cabin rental for your party.
$240.00 deposit for the large cabins.
$120.00 deposit for the small cabins.

Along with your deposit, be sure to include the cabin you prefer, the rental date, an estimate of how many people, and a valid contact phone number.

Weekend Rentals: $120 per rider / $75 per non-rider
The rental is for all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and includes all riding fees for the weekend.
The price for the entire weekend is $120.00 per rider and $75.00 per non-rider, and covers your riding fees.

Single Night Rentals: $25 per person plus any riding fees for riders
During the week, the rental is $25.00 per person per day/night, and does NOT include any riding fees.
The small rentals can also be rented for the weekend for the same deal as the large rentals.
